Introvert Engineering

Fixer is the alias of Collin Snavely. As Semi Sentient, Diagram of Suburban Chaos and half of Crown Hill Repeater, Snavely has had a string of exciting releases exploring the realm of ambient and glitchy electronica.

On Introvert engineering Fixer digs into electro-esque minimal techno territories constructed on a mix of Elektron machines, analog synths and constructed samples. Opener Transcendence TM combines lush pads with a fun and funky groove, whereas in Scrape The Routine a catchy hook and quirky beats play a neverending game of tag. We Are Not Me starts of with a strong hypnotic groove that switches gears midway into a bleepy shuffle, passing the stick to Slubby, which takes it to another level in term of raw energy and quirkiness. Finally, the warm pads and steady groove in Repeat Switch take it down a notch to round out this EP.
